Sometimes, you to take a deeper dive into a visitor session. For example, let's say that you want to ensure that your policy configurations did not accidentally ban an IP address that should not have been banned. Or, let's say that a user writes in complaining about your website giving an unexpected response. If you have the IP address in question, and a specific day that you want to research, you can look through a list of relevant visits in Gatekeeper to try to piece together what happened.

Go to the main page to view your visit history. On the left, there should be a form to refine your search. Select the IP refinement, input the IP address, and click the Filter button.
